Australia’s EDDIE and Denver-based producer Nikademis pool their genre-blurring resources for their new collab on NGHTMRE and SLANDER’s Gud Vibrations label, a thrashing and continuously evolving dubstep banger.

Opening with orchestral strings and regal symphonics, “AGAIN” builds like a cinematic overture before erupting into chaos. The drop detonates with shotgun-grade sub-bass, metallic synthlines, and tightly engineered distortion, evolving continuously across its three-minute run. Each section mutates with surgical intensity—a seamless escalation of rhythm, tone, and tension that refuses to stay static. Beneath its volatile surface lies a meticulous sense of control, showcasing both producers’ technical command and instinct for sound design that feels alive, unstable, and immense.
Nikademis says, “‘AGAIN’ is a heavy-hitting journey through bass music. It combines intense melodies with grooving rhythms and powerful drum sequences. My music is always meant to take the listener on a journey and ‘AGAIN’ is a prime example of this. I am beyond grateful to EDDIE for working with me on this one and doing such an awesome job of bringing the vision to life.”
For EDDIE, “AGAIN” extends a legacy of sonic experimentation that blurs the lines between midtempo, electro, and dubstep. His productions often feel like transmissions from another dimension: heavy, haunting, and hyper-detailed. Over the past few years, he’s collaborated with REZZ, Blanke, Zomboy, and Black Tiger Sex Machine, while delivering official remixes for icons like deadmau5, Zeds Dead, and Apashe. His live momentum mirrors that intensity, with upcoming performances alongside Ray Volpe at Terminal 5 in NYC and as direct support for REZZ’s landmark ‘REZZ Rocks’ show at Red Rocks.
Nikademis brings his own dynamic range to the collaboration, known for traversing emotional melodic bass and crushing midtempo with equal fluency. His catalog includes collaborations with SLANDER, Friendzone, Soundr, and Luma, plus remixes for Dabin, William Black, Big Gigantic, and HALIENE. On the live front, he continues his rise through high-profile performances across North America, including an upcoming NYC date with Perry Wayne and past tour support for Alison Wonderland, yetep, William Black, and Blanke.
Together on “AGAIN,” EDDIE and Nikademis bridge cinematic grandeur with tearout ferocity—a collision of worlds that underscores Gud Vibrations’ commitment to pushing bass music’s emotional and technical boundaries. The result is a single that feels monumental in scale and unrelenting in impact.
EDDIE and Nikademis’ new single “AGAIN” is available on all platforms via Gud Vibrations.
