Milan’s EXODUS Recordings drops ‘Exodus Chapter 2: Numbers’ 27th December 2024, following up the first compilation on the label in 2023.
Live techno artist D.M.’s ‘Acid Floating’ is up first, easing the listener in via hypnotic acid lines and electric signals meandering through pulse-like drums. The tough ‘Arabesque’ by CNS is next, breaking down into suspenseful melodies filled with mystery before EXODUS Recordings label founder Riccardo Noè steps up with the club mix version of ‘GökTengri’, taking us on an atmospheric and percussive dancefloor trip which will appear in his upcoming Spring 2025 ‘Ragnarǫk’ album. Closing out the release is Lorenzo Galardi with ‘Acida’, a hard-hitting rave cut laced with raw, unfiltered acid licks.
