With the first phase of tickets already sold out, influential and open-air French techno gathering Family Piknik now unveil six more names in Adam Beyer, Mind Against b2b Recondite, Popof b2b Oxia, Super Flu, Giorgia Angiuli live and Monkey Safari. These stars will be joining the likes of Erol Alkan and Fisher, Worakls Orchestra and Monolink both live, as well as Artbat and Mathame plus many more yet to be announced from noon to midnight on both Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of July in Montpellier, France.
The ninth edition of this iconic techno festival will be another open-air extravaganza, combining the world’s best DJs with some of the most exciting electronic music Live Acts on vast stages, with special lighting, world class sounds systems and all sorts of extra food, drink and entertainment to make this the ultimate techno-fest.
These new names include Drumcode founder and techno titan Adam Beyer who plays all the biggest events in the world and has long been a trendsetter. Used to offering exclusive performances to its audience, Family Piknik strikes hard inviting Mind Against and Recondite all together for a never-seen before special set. This one will bring plenty of melancholic techno vibes, acid undulations and edgy atmospheres while Popof b2b Oxia is a celebration of two great French techno talents who will bring their a-game at this home festival. Add in the diverse styles of Super Flu, Giorgia Angiuli live and Monkey Safari and you have more big names who will all bring something unique to this year’s Family Piknik.
They will join names like Fisher, Erol Alkan, Artbat and more.
The team have also announced their 3rd BOARDING TO FAMILY PIKNIK at Montpellier Airport on Saturday 6th of June. This event leads Family Piknik to install its dancefloor only a few meters away from the tarmac. This amazing pre-party with a panoramic view on the planes will welcome Cocoon’s superstar Sven Väth ! After having rocked the festival 3 times already, German techno titan will enjoy this unique experience. First tickets are now on sale at 25€.
