Fedde Le Grand teams up with Japanese talent DJ Tora on “Here Comes The Bass”

Global house music pioneer Fedde Le Grand has joined forces with Japanese electronic heavyweight DJ Tora for their high-octane collaboration “Here Comes The Bass.” The track arrives in the aftermath of Le Grand’s launch of Club Nouveau at the iconic Klokgebouw in early May, where the Dutch legend returned to his roots with a groundbreaking club concept focused on authentic artist-audience connection.

Here Comes The Bass” merges Le Grand’s signature main room energy with Tora’s distinctive Tokyo-influenced production style, resulting in a thunderous peak-time weapon designed to devastate festival stages and intimate clubs alike. The collaboration bridges European and Asian electronic music perspectives, creating an anthemic experience that transcends geographical boundaries.

As resident DJ and sound producer at Tokyo’s renowned ATOM clubs, DJ Tora has established himself as one of Asia’s most in-demand selectors, with performances spanning Singapore’s Mastercard TheaterULTRA JAPAN, and ULTRA KOREA. His 2019 album “TOKYO RAVE” featured collaborations with international producers including MADFOX and Steerner, cementing his reputation as a boundary-pushing artist in the global electronic landscape.

The release coincides with Le Grand’s announcement that Club Nouveau will expand to Tokyo with two exclusive events at ATOM Shibuya (June 13th) and ATOM Shinjuku (June 14th), where he’ll be joined by Tora for the Asian debut of the concept that electrified audiences at its Netherlands premiere. These performances form part of Le Grand’s extensive summer tour, which includes appearances at Tomorrowland (July 19th), Ushuaïa Ibiza (July 6th), and Parookaville (July 19th).

“The response to Club Nouveau’s debut was beyond our expectations,” notes Le Grand, whose previous club concept, Sneakerz, helped launch countless careers and became one of the Netherlands’ most influential house events. “Bringing this vision to Tokyo with DJ Tora feels like the perfect next step, especially as we release this collaboration that captures the raw energy we both bring to our performances.”

Following his May festival appearances at Empire Music Festival (Guatemala), Groove Garden and Emporium Festival (Netherlands), Le Grand’s summer itinerary spans over 20 countries across three continents, including stops at Medusa Festival (Spain), Sunrise Festival (Poland), and headline club performances in Miami, New York, Barcelona, and beyond.
