Los Angeles, CA – Friday, April 24 – Flowidus return with a high-impact new offering as they make their debut on NIGHTMODE with “Run The Track,” out this Friday. The platinum-certified duo continue to build momentum following a string of heavyweight releases and global performances, delivering an adrenalized dancefloor weapon that has been tearing through their sets since 2024. Known for championing infectious, floor-filling drum & bass, Flowidus once again tap into their signature high-voltage sound, primed for peak-time destruction.
Available to stream now across all platforms
“Run The Track” leans into a relentless, high-tempo framework, driven by rapid-fire breakbeats and punishing low-end pressure that hits with unyielding force. Distorted, warped vocals cut through the mix with a gritty edge, amplifying the track’s raw intensity while minor-key progressions inject a darker, more menacing tone. The arrangement surges through dynamic shifts—from tightly wound drum & bass rhythms to explosive, four-on-the-floor bursts—while a recurring central motif evolves across different textures, keeping the chaos cohesive and the energy locked at full throttle.
“Our goal with Run The Track was to create a tune that is just pure energy. Raph wrote the main idea on his way to Europe, where we then finished it off together in 2024. We wanted the drop to have a bit of a gangster swagger to it, contrasting to the frantic energy in the build. It stuck as a dubplate and remains a staple in all of our sets. It always gets a crazy reaction from the crowd, so we’re thrilled to finally put this out.” – Flowidus
Flowidus continue their global rise as one of drum & bass’s most exciting exports, building on a breakout run that has seen the Australia/New Zealand-based duo tour across Europe and command stages worldwide. With a growing catalog that includes standout releases like “By Your Side” alongside Friction and Raphaella—recently earning Platinum certification—as well as fan favorites “Shelter,” “Fire,” and “Come Around,” the pair have solidified their reputation for crafting high-impact, emotionally charged records. Backed by consistent support from heavyweights including Andy C, Pendulum, Sub Focus, Dimension, and Friction, Flowidus are rapidly cementing themselves as a dominant force in the modern era of global drum & bass.
