Leading the charge is “You,” which sees them diving headfirst into the lush world of melodic drum and bass. Sarah de Warren’s dreamy topline glides over shimmering synth textures and hypnotic vocal chops, while rolling percussion and deep, brooding bass add a haunting weight. Her lyrics carry a sense of longing and romance, floating effortlessly over the track’s fluid melodies and dynamic production. This fusion of liquid D&B elegance and club-ready grit reveals yet another evolution in Gentlemens Club’s ever-expanding sonic arsenal.

On the flip side, “Someday” is their homage to the seminal years of dubstep. The B-side takes a more glitchy and introspective turn, built on soulful vocal chops, sparkling synth work, and crisp trap percussion. It’s a mesmerizing contrast to its leading counterpart, showcasing Gentlemens Club’s ability to meld raw bass energy with intricate, melodic production. The track’s warped vocal edits and futuristic sound design bring an almost dreamlike quality, making for an unexpected yet seamless pairing.

The release marks their long-awaited return to Bassrush Records, the label that previously hosted their genre-smashing hits like “Pump It Up” with Samplifire, “Death Club,” and “Moments.” Their ability to bend and blend styles across said releases has earned them support from UKF, EDM.com, CULTR, Magnetic Mag, Dub Rebellion, and more, reinforcing their status as one of the most versatile and unpredictable forces in bass music.

Currently tearing through Australia on tour, with upcoming headline stops across North America, the UK, and Europe, Gentlemens Club are gearing up for a new chapter of releases, collaborations, and mind-melting live sets throughout 2025. With ‘You / Someday,’ they continue to blur genre lines, push sonic boundaries, and keep dancefloors in unstoppable motion.
