The original track received support across BBC Radio 1 earlier in 2024, drumming up much anticipation for Girls Of The Internet’s summer LP ‘When I Was Lost, I Found Myself’. In the throes of summer, ‘Gravity’ now receives a remix from Baltimore-raised and Detroit-based DJ, producer and label boss LADYMONIX, an esteemed artist and tastemaker who has recently collaborated with Waajeed under the moniker House of Hits – marking an expansion in her own sound and garnering widespread acclaim.
LADYMONIX’s take on ‘Gravity’ continues to showcase her distinctive sound, as ALLKNIGHT’s ethereal vocals are fragmented around rhythmically sporadic synthwork and percussion.
