Greta Levska has been on fire of late. Much of her music has come on this label, including her fantastic ‘Ibiza Get Physical’ release earlier in the year. It’s a collection packed with her signature forward-thinking sounds, many of them inspired by the White Isle. It is there that she has been a Monday resident for Amnesia Presents all summer while also guesting at Pyramid and Do Not Sleep alongside Maceo Plex, Raxon & more. Following plenty of support across BBC Radio1 from the likes of Sarah Story and Jaguar, she now offers a glimpse of what to expect from her much-anticipated debut album next year.
The brilliant ‘Moulin Krew’ is a kinetic electro gem. The bassline is sleazy and twisted, with an old-school feel coming from the stabbed vocals and breaks that are reminiscent of early hip-hop. It’s a muscular, full-flavoured sound to liven up any club and more than whets the whistle for the full length to come.
