Tapped by the Mad Decent label head for an official remix, HoneyLuv has put her spin on the Diplo and Seth Troxler collaboration featuring vocals by Desire. Kicking it up a notch with her classic four-on-the-floor bass stabs and rhythmic percussion, HoneyLuv’s ‘Waiting For You’ remix is a tantalizing house heater perfect for sweaty dancefloors and festival mainstages. HoneyLuv’s remix arrives as part of the deluxe edition of Diplo’s self-titled album.

Whether it’s captivating live audiences with her futuristic, deep tech sound on festival stages like Coachella or EDC, her impeccable fashion sense effortlessly mixing clubwear with streetwear, or her hard working drive and deep sense of humbleness through it all, HoneyLuv’s presence has grown at a remarkable pace since exploding on the scene in 2020, when she left the Navy to pursue her career in music.
With a past touring history alongside MK, Kevin Saunderson, Aluna, Patrick Topping and more, HoneyLuv has already checked off a number of bucket list shows in 2022. This year, HoneyLuv will make festival appearances at Outside Lands, Imagine Music Festival, Escape Halloween, and Lights All Night, along with her Ibiza debut at Ushuaia alongside Calvin Harris on September 2nd and first Australian tour alongside FISHER in November.
Originally from Cleveland, Taylor grew up listening to ‘90s house music with her mother; the likes of Cece Penison, Frankie Knuckles, etc. were on repeat. Today its Peggy Gou and Honey Dijon that serve as inspiration. Taylor’s drive and determination stems from an unexpected background, a potential NCAA basketball player and member of the US Navy. Once an injury caused her to pause her basketball career, Taylor set her sights on the US government as a way to fund the rest of her college education. While serving as a member of the US Navy serving as a drone mechanic, she taught herself to DJ in the barracks.
