Deeply rooted for more than a decade in the music scene, Emery Kelly is the ex-member of the popular Disney boy band Forever in Your Mind and is ready to take the world by storm through his solo artist career.

His long and revered history in music began on the  X-Factor USA Season 3 in 2013 where he was placed into the boy band by Simon Cowell which was signed by Hollywood Records. 2019 marked a notable career highlight, as Emery released the first original remake of James Brown’s ‘Get Up Offa That Thang’ with the James Brown Academy of Musik Pupils, whilst last year saw the arrival of his debut single ‘Gotta Know’ and a sold out NFT collection entitled ‘Emotions By Emery Kelly’.

This multi-faceted talent has also gained a well-earned reputation for acting on multiple Netflix and Disney sitcoms – singing the theme song for ‘Best Friends Whenever’ on Disney Channel. Emery was later cast as Lucas on the 2x Emmy Nominated Netflix TV Show Alexa and Katie and as Dylan in Big Shot. This August welcomes renewed energy across his new single ‘REBEL! REBEL!’ with incredibly dense lyricism and a range of unique production techniques before the arrival of his debut album ‘SOME (Some of My Emotions) – dropping later this year.

Opening with a slick guitar riff and a ferocious vocal, ‘REBEL! REBEL!’ reveals the ultimate indie meets hip-hop affair. Emery Kelly’s raw and direct lyrics stand out the most whilst the sure-fire blend of hard-hitting drums and colourful bass notes bounce around this highly-anticipated single flawlessly. It’s a track destined to bless the ears of hip-hop and indie fans alike and proves that Emery Kelly is an artist that is not to be missed this year.

“Being yourself, choosing what path is right for you, learning from your mistakes, following your dreams and not caring about what other’s think is a ‘REBEL! REBEL!'” Emery Kelly
