Jamie Jones’ Hottrax continues to spotlight new and emerging talent, providing a home for international producers pushing fresh, club-focused sounds. Following a breakthrough solo year, with EPs on MOXY MUZIK and INLV, plus support from Joseph Capriati, East End Dubs, and more, UK-based DJ/producer Dale Hart brings peak-time energy to the label with his ‘Sequenced Chaos’ EP – a three-track package crafted for the dancefloor.
“Jamie Jones has been a huge inspiration to me since my first nights raving back in 2012. Paradise has always had a unique identity, and Hottrax has been a dream label for me. I wanted to wait until the music felt right. The ‘Sequenced Chaos’ EP captures my current sound: darker, peak-time, rolling, and robotic, built for those early-hour dancefloor moments. ‘Global Swing,’ my personal favourite, is all energy, euphoric builds, tense drops, and garage-inspired basslines. Title track ‘Sequenced Chaos’ opens the EP, driven by tight, punchy percussion and layered synths that build a dense, hypnotic groove. Next, ‘Global Swing’ contrasts with bumping rhythmic patterns, and a buoyant energy that keeps the momentum flowing, before ‘Close Your Eyes’ closes the EP with a synth-led approach, combining soaring leads and sweeping melodies to round things out. Delivering the latest step of his solo journey, ‘Sequenced Chaos’ marks a strong first outing on Hottrax for Dale, offering a set of tracks that serve up varying shades of house music for all hours of the night.
