‘Ignite‘, ilan’s third artist album on the label, completes a trilogy of LPs that have represented the man at the time. If ‘Scars‘ was a reflection of the musical inspirations that imprinted on his journey, and ‘Impulse‘ the raw creativity of an artist finding positivity during a world pandemic, then ‘Ignite‘ is Bluestone reinspired and galvanised following his burnout and stepping out of the spotlight in 2023. Packed with positivity, it’s a very Bluestone sounding record even though it touches on more genres and styles of music than his previous two outings, helped with returning collaborators Maor Levi, El Waves, Ellen Smith and Giuseppe De Luca. Recent Anjunabeats tour favourite ‘Paradise’, a collaboration with ALPHA 9 and H.E.A.R.T.S will be rocking dance floors for many months to come.
