A true Berlin chance encounter-cum-friendship, Imanbek and Benita Banu (aka Baby B3ns) first met at a party in the German capital in the summer of 2022. Celebrating with her crew, Benita randomly linked up with Imanbek and his manager at a party one night. They later exchanged music that they were working on, and Benita was immediately hooked to the “Sunglasses” beat that Imanbek had been cooking up “because it totally sounded like that new Berlin house sound,” she says. After that, it didn’t take long until Benita and Imanbek returned to the studio and turned this authentic chance encounter into a massive new track for Spring 2023.

An international sensation ever since his “Roses” Remix (SAINt JHN) entered the official charts across the globe (UK #1, Germany #3, US #4) and turned out one of the most Shazamed tunes around the world, 22-year-old house/dance music visionary Imanbek recently carved his way back into the German Top 10 charts with 2022 single “Belly Dancer” (w/ BYOR). Previously, he’d been working with international heavyweights including Usher, Sean Paul, Afrojack, Zara Larsson, Wiz Khalifa, and Rita Ora

Since beginning to make her own music five years ago, Baby B3ns has been designing and dropping sounds and visuals across various platforms and digital outlets – because she’s also known for her stunning outfits/looks and genre-spanning vibes for which she’s coined the term “Baby Core”. Born in Germany, she originally moved to Berlin to study acting and music and started working on her own trademark blend of hi-octane hyperpop, rap, and dance in her late teens. Inspired by the “Tumblr Girl” aesthetic, Anime vibes, and the spirit of Grunge and DIY, she’s been running Love Hotel Clothing (w/ Yung Hurn) and is apparently planning to launch her own label soon. Since 2021, she’s also been DJing regularly.

ABOUT BABY B3NS – Baby B3ns has been known to the Internet as a fashion icon for quite some time, and she has made a name for herself on Instagram, among other platforms, in recent years. She is the creative director of the fashion brand German rap icon Yung Hurn’s LOVE HOTEL. Also, none other than Kanye West has expressed interest in her as a creative for his brand, YEEZY GAP. She is also DJs, playing for brands such as Gucci and Prada and increasingly in clubs as well. However, her musical passion is not limited to DJing. For several years, Baby B3ns has been producing and writing her own music. With the help of “Ohne Benzin” hit producer Replay Okay, she has now made her musical debut with “Baby Blizzard”. In the German music landscape, the song feels like a piece of the future. Between hyperpop, dance, and German rap, the sound dubbed “Mausipop” in her comment section is picking up steam on TikTok, where the song has already inspired over 1300 creations by a dedicated fan community of more than 80k subscribers across channels. Baby B3ns is planning on releasing a sped-up remix of “Baby Blizzard” this year, featuring Yung Hurn. In January 2023, a feature on Imanbek’s upcoming single will follow. More singles with Replay Okay are going to lead up to the debut album in late 2023.

ABOUT IMANBEK – Born in Kazakhstan, he played the guitar when he was 8 years old by his father. While studying at the Railway Institute and started working in a railway station, but continued remixing since 2017 when he was 17 years old. He remixed “Roses”, an earlier release by Guyanese-American rapper Saint Jhn through the Russian label Effective Records that signed him. The remix was done without Saint Jhn’s involvement as Zeinekov’s attempts to contact him on Instagram failed and he did not receive a reply. The remixed song appeared in a great number of charts throughout Europe including Belgium, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden, and became number 3 on Shazam World. Based on the success and popularity of the remix, the original song recorded in 2016 appeared on the US Billboard chart, British Singles Chart, and other charts like Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, and Ireland in 2019. Later on, becoming more and more successful day by day, Imanbek releases a series of tracks and remixes. His latest track “Dope” was out both on Dharma Effective Records and is quite popular among his audience.
