Forged for face-melting festival sets, the title track leads the charge setting the bar with merciless ferocity. The epic horn-led intro offers a cinematic build that feels like the precursor to an epic ancient battle. Dizzying melodies and glitchy textures catapult the sound into the future before a flurry of fakeouts gives way to a brutish barrage of guttural riddim sequences, churning laser call-and-response, puncturing stabs, and an evolving groove that feels like a death by 1000 cuts. Gritty vocal samples are chopped and layered to add to the addictiveness and make the track all the more anthemic. “Steel Reign” is an absolute weapon hellbent on total destruction. Expect this one to be slaying stages all summer long.

“Hyperraum” opens with a more subdued approach, mixing mystique and wonder for an evocative beginning. Any chance for a potential utopia is thrashed by the twisted vocal samples, anxiety-inducing risers, and punchy percussion. Sawing waves of bass clash against filthy low-end, metallic drums, and dizzying synths. Doubling-down on the brain-melting barrage, the second sequence is controlled chaos, painting images of a murderbot slashing its way through any opposition with razor-sharp clangs, devastating drilling, and an unstoppable air. The back half offers a brief respite before the track reloads and blitzes listeners with another round of mayhem.

“Trenches” lives up to its name, calling in the heavy artillery for another battle-ready banger that taps UK emcee Big Jest. Haunting vocal bends lay the foundation that bleeds through like an eerie warcry. Big Jest controls the track with a militant delivery, tactical bars, and lethal thematic wordplay. Icy synths and drill-inspired 808 slides elevate the grime-leaning intro before stray gunshot samples and commanding percussion shift the scene. Ivory brings in the rail-riding cavalry with a diabolic riddim onslaught. Metallic sounds enhance the laser leads, glitchy textures, destructive drums, and soul-shaking low-end. A vocal-driven break resets the scene and brings back the anthemic appeal before the epic climax of dubstep destruction.

Building upon the energy of the previous offering, “Future Shock” taps Las Vegas rapper Bok Nero for a rap-dubstep hybrid that packs a diabolic potency. Delivering a chest-pounding call-to-arms, Bok Nero reps his squad with a braggadocious yet deadly lyrical assault. The first verse is backed by a captivating build that feels like the score to an epic action sequence. The verse explodes into a bass-heavy strike that shapeshifts multiple times while remaining wildly wonky and downright devastating. The break sees Bok Nero repping his side before Ivory unveils a climax that can only be described as cataclysmic.

Hailing from Paris, France, IVORY is a certified veteran in the scene with a career stretching over a decade across dubstep, riddim, drum & bass, and breaks. His impressive career showcases collaborations alongside Shaquille O’Neal, NITTI, Dirtyphonics, Bear Grillz, Kompany, SampliFire, plus remixes for Gryffin, SLANDER, Wooli, Kayzo, Herobust, Space Laces, and Spag Heddy.
