LA-based DJ and producer Jessica Skye has announced ‘FluōState: Reimagined I’ via Platoon, a soothing, chilled-out album that draws together lead tracks from her previous two albums FluōState 001 and FluōState 002 and presents them as blissful, intricate remixed versions.
‘FluōState: Reimagined I’ will arrive as a split release, with the first single, Turiya (Reimagined) out now. Followed by second single Mindgames (Reimagined) on Friday 6th December, with the full six-track album releasing on Friday 17th January.
Inspired by her dedicated practice as a yoga and meditation teacher, Jessica’s unique productions bridge the gap between electronic dance music and wellness. The calming resonance of ‘FluōState: Reimagined I’ highlights her passion for using music to create and hold spaces for others.
The inspiration for the ‘FluōState: Reimagined I’ project has roots in Jessica’s formative musical memories, and her love of seminal ‘after-hours’ style complication collections such as ‘Back To Mine’, ‘Late Night Tales’, and ‘DJ Kicks’, with the sounds of trip hop, acid jazz and ambient, which remain some of her favourite “go-to” genres for deep listening.
“These have always been my go-to music choices when I’m trying to focus, relax, or just trying to hold a space for myself… They’re such a comfort for me. Re-working my own catalog for this project and purpose has been a really inspiring endeavour. I hope listeners enjoy going on this sonic journey as much as I enjoyed creating it.”

The sunset dance-floor groove of Turiya from FluōState 001 is reworked as a dreamy, vocal-led downtempo composition, lulling the listener into a place of relaxation.
The reimagined version of Virgo Rising is a gorgeous, serene ambient track that softens the original’s crisp percussive elements with washes of Balearic-esque pads and a gentle melodic motif.
Moon In Aries, takes you on an almost kosmiche tone, with a palette of cosmic-sounding synths and a vocal that appears like a mantra.
The club-leaning tracks Enter Nyx and Mindgames from Fluō State 002 (which both reached the Top Ten on Beatports Organic House chart) are magically transformed here into ethereal, otherworldly pieces. The addition of a beguiling sitar to ‘Mindgames’ in particular sees Jessica continue to expand her sound palette in striking new ways.
Tropic of Pisces, (also reaching Beatport’s Organic House Top Ten) blends deep chords and a gliding bass with whispers of a marimba and euphoric pads. It’s a moment of pure release, with Jessica’s thoughtful production touches guiding the listener on a reflective, calming and melodic journey.

Jessica Skye has been making waves in the wellness and music scene for the last decade, touring the globe while teaching yoga by day and DJing by night. Working the dance floors from London to LA, with standout shows at iconic venues and festivals such as Ministry of Sound, Creamfields, Lost Village, Lovebox, Parklife, Snowbombing, as well as Feel Festival and Sisyphos to name a few. Her DJ sets and productions are designed to hold a space for people to move to the music and find a sense of flow. Now based in LA, Jessica teaches yoga and meditation at Apple Fitness+.
Deriving from the Latin word for ‘flow’, Jessica’s first collection of idyllic soundscapes and deep grooves, Fluō State 001, was released in May 2023. Her enchanting yoga-inspired electronic album, Fluō State 002, was released in May 2024.
