Adesso Music taps South African heavyweights KingDonna and Argento Dust for powerful new remixes of Junior Jack & Pat BDS’s recentsmash, ‘E.V.O’ – landing on 10 October.

A rising force in Johannesburg’s house music scene, KingDonna has built a reputation for blending traditional African rhythms with forward-thinking house grooves, with releases on top labels from MoBlack to Nervous. Having cut his teeth as part of The House Junkies collective, Durban-born producer Argento Dust boasts a refined and emotive sound that has caught the attention of legends like Black Coffee and led to releases on Madorasindahouse as well as collaborations with Shimza and more. Dust’s take on ‘E.V.O.’ delivers a more atmospheric and stripped-back approach, with delicate synth and piano motifs raining down over hypnotic rolling drums.
