UK DJ, producer, and Whistleblower Records label boss, Reset Robot returns to Last Night On Earth for his latest EP ‘Simple’, releasing October 16th. The man behind the moniker is Dave Robertson, a Portsmouth-based artist influenced by clubs such as fabric and Slinky, and DJs like Sasha, Digweed and the Wiggle boys. Robertson’s signature blend of techno and house, ranging from minimal to heavier sounds, has landed him on Get Physical, Soma, and Adam Beyer’s Drumcode, and seen him perform globally.

‘Simple’ opens the EP with 80s-inspired analogue synths and tender vocals, filled with warmth and anticipation. Four-to-the-floor percussion forms the peak of the track as the vocals take centre stage with rising pads and sonic textures, a piece built for peak-time. A gritty bassline forms the bedrock of the second track, ‘Break Me Down’, drawing on garage and bassline influences. Dynamic percussion adds layers, while ethereal vocal samples and glitched textures push the sound into a darker corner of the electronic realm.

‘Simple’ drops via Last Night On Earth on October 16th, 2026.
