Following the success of ‘Peace, Love & Unity’, ‘Reality’, and the ‘Body’ and ‘Mind’ EPs, Markee Ledge continues to pioneer the evolving Roots Jungle sound: a fusion of stripped-back jungle rhythms, deep bassline and conscious lyricism with the help of his collaborators. The ‘Soul EP’ expands that vision, capturing both raw energy and emotional depth through a carefully crafted collection of tracks.
Teaming once again with Megatron MC, an original Ruffneck Ting soldier, the project delivers a powerful synergy between Ledge’s immersive production and Megatron’s commanding vocals. Together, they continue to redefine what modern Drum & Bass can be, grounded in heritage, elevated by purpose.
