The UK favorites’ blend of deep grooves and undeniable energy has earned them a devoted global following as well as standout sets at the likes of Miami’s Club Space, Warehouse Project, Sonar, Sunwaves, and more. Meanwhile, US singer/songwriter and producer Life On Planets continues to build on his impressive discography, following notable releases such as his 2025 collaboration “Hypnotize Me” with Archie Hamilton on the label, plus tracks such as “Get High With You” alongside Butch, and his 2023 breakout hit “Downstream” with Makèz on No Art.
“Ride” channels crisp hi-hats through a brooding groove that locks dancers into a heads-down roller from the very first bar while hooky vocals drift over whimsical fl ute flourishes and cosmic stabs that balance raw club energy with sophistication.
Speaking on the new single, Mason Collective says, “We wanted to make something raw and hypnotic, real dancefloor energy. We stripped it back and locked in a grooving bassline. For the moments when the club is packed and it’s time to go up a level.”
Introducing the collab from his side, Life on Planets adds: “‘Ride’ is an anthem that harkens back to cheeky funk songs like ‘Love Rollercoaster.’ With driving production from the Collective, we’ve got the ticket to a special ride for everyone on the dancefloor.”
Mason Collective and Life on Planet’s new single “Ride” is available on all platforms via Factory 93 Records.

More About Mason Collective
Manchester’s Mason Collective deliver sounds that encapsulate the diverse roots of UK rave culture, from sound systems and reggae to the city’s club origins. Together, Blair Suarez, Adam Myles and Omar Guedar have formed a formidable alliance whilst: running their party brand, exporting their distinct style of DJing around the world, performing at an array of prestigious venues and festivals, and releasing their own output. Mason Collective have been heavily involved and connected to the club culture of their hometown for over a decade. This coming July, Progress, Manchester, will host Mason’s third “MVSON World” Festival; a one-day Music & Arts event. This year’s features are unique, a street party theme across two stages. Its arrival is highly anticipated after the 2023 sell-out festival at an aerodrome and the 2022 MVSON World which took place on the scenic grounds of Arley Hall, a Northwest stately home. They’ve travelled the globe to spin across the US, Europe and, of course, the UK. High-profile gigs include Space in Miami, Skyline LA 2024, Hï Ibiza, performing alongside the Martinez Brothers, Amnesia Ibiza, Pacha Barcelona, BPM Costa Rica, Parklife Festival, the Warehouse Project, Hideout Festival, Desert Air in Palm Springs and many more. With every performance the crew give 100%, injecting the dance floor with good vibes informed by their upbringing and years spent on the dance floor themselves. The crew are non-stop this upcoming Summer, where they are set to showcase their talent at Ushuaia Ibiza, CRSSD Festival, Elrow Italy, MVSON Barcelona and Sunwaves Festival. As producers Mason Collective have released a steady flow of EPs, singles and remixes since their debut ‘Whippin’’ in 2018. The release hit No.1 on the Beatport charts and has been followed by releases on Play It Say It, Desolat, Hottrax, Saved, Knee Deep In Sound and many more, including their own Whippin label. Launched in 2019, Mason’s label Whippin has been home to their own releases, as well as securing releases with the likes of Max Chapman, Daniel Orpi, Neverdogs, Mason Maynard, Luke Dean and many more. The outlet has allowed all three Mason Collective members to build on their desire to cultivate community, forming strong bonds with the artists they sign, and nurturing the careers of up and comers. A further “MVSON” label will be launched in May 2024 to showcase their own music and host an array of world class producers. Mason Collective’s recent releases have found immense success, dominating the charts and each one collecting a vast number of online streams. Single, “A Little Affection” has almost surpassed 600,000 Spotify streams since its release last year under Defected Records Limited (DFTD). Similarly, their recent Water (Remix) with rising talent, Fletch, has been well-received by Soundcloud listeners. All three members of Mason Collective met in their late teens, finding common ground in their tastes, outlook, and ambitions. They realised that they could achieve a lot more than collectively than individually and with their shared vision, joined forces and cut their teeth as young promoters with their MVSON parties. MVSON first found a home at Sankeys, hosting a wide range of top-tier artists from the worlds of house and techno. Their creative vision is reflected in flamboyant, conceptual parties, where the decor and dress code cover various themes; from Miami Vice to Caribbean themes, with stage builds and an unbridled atmosphere which focuses on fun first and foremost. The trio have performed with an assortment of headliners booked to reflect their broad sonic palette. Parallel to this, the crew also ensure that the venues they acquire are fresh and original, often one-off, unique locations. Hosting their own party at the huge Warehouse Project for Halloween, they transformed the room and brought in a crew of 50 performers along with 3D stage mapping. Also crucial to their parties is the notion of inclusivity. For years door policies at some of Manchester’s clubs were restrictive and narrow minded, meaning a large section of the city’s music lovers were denied entry. Having experienced this first-hand, Blair, Adam and Omar made it their mission to open their party to anyone who wanted to join them. Tapping into the inclusive roots of house music, and reflecting their city’s diverse demographic, it’s an outlook that makes MVSON one of Manchester’s most vibrant and dynamic parties. Fast forward ten years, MVSON events are now more popular than ever, with an atmosphere that is second to none, encouraging togetherness and uninhibited self-expression. Mason Collective are at the forefront of progressive movement that draws on their combined lineage to uphold the core ethos of rave culture: community, inclusivity, unity, positive energy and everlasting memories. This energy and exemplary music policy has made their long-running party one of the city’s most talked about and well-attended events. All three members of Mason Collective represent the multicultural makeup of their hometown, Manchester. As offspring’s of first and second generation immigrants, they all grew up surrounded by their native culture while also experiencing everyday life in the city’s south side. This juxtaposition of influences, socially and musically, forms the foundation of their outlook. Omar has Libyan heritage; his father went from glass collecting at historic nightclub The Gallery to becoming the manager. During his tenure at Manchester’s infamous spot, he spearheaded the launch of several nights focused on Black music, with the Saturday soul night an essential event for members of Manchester’s Black community and one of the only events of its kind at that time. The club was an incubator for local DJs helping to initiate and nurture the late 80s street soul scene. Growing up with a father who was immersed in nightlife had a subliminal yet profound effect on Omar and he naturally gravitated towards club culture when he reached his teens. From hip hop and R&B to dubstep, and eventually house, he was captivated. Similarly, Blair grew up in a musical household, his parents’ avid listeners of reggae and soul. With Jamaican lineage, he was exposed to the Caribbean nation’s music from an early age and developed his own musical identity in his teens. First with grime, then Sheffield’s unique take on house/garage and niche. Inevitably, as a dedicated raver, he encountered house music at two of Manchester’s most influential venues, Sankeys and Warehouse Project. Adam’s upbringing was also heavily influenced by his Jamaican roots. His dad was in a sound system, so it wasn’t unusual to find his house full of speaker boxes with reggae a consistent soundtrack of his formative years. He began collecting a diverse range of records, eventually finding himself drawn to dance music. Dubstep, niche and other forms of electronic music became part of his musical identity. Core to MasonCollective’s creative vision is their relationship with the fashion world and they have channelled creative energies to connection with a range of different clothing brands, from Fendi and Louis Vuitton to Adidas, Footasylum and local Mancunian brand Gramm, among others. In their youth they were often the odd ones out at parties, where all-black attire at techno parties was the norm. Preferring more bold and adventurous styling, Blair, Adam and Omar reflect the street style of the area where they grew up, high fashion, independent designers and sportswear all feed into their personal look. This has manifested itself through their next logical step – a clothing line. This will be an extension of their unified ideology; starting out with a line of graphic t-shirts and eventually progressing into a range of pieces, designed by the trio themselves. A prime example of grassroots talent that embodies the diversity and history of the UK, Mason Collective uphold the core tenets of dance music culture while pushing their home nation’s scene forward with a progressive outlook. Driven, determined and humble, their combined energy and ideas make them one of the most dynamic acts to emerge from Manchester in the last 10 years. Always putting the people first, dedicated to building community and inviting everyone to the party, they are steadily building a legacy that perpetuates the pioneering groundwork laid down by the generations that came before them.

More About Factory 93
Factory 93 explores the intersection of untethered creativity and bold self-expression, while never taking its finger off the pulse of the underground. When Insomniac broke out its figurative bolt cutters to dismantle the lock on the warehouse scene and return to its roots, it retold the story of its origins in hosting historic parties in the streets of Los Angeles. It also gave birth to a movement where discerning heads are living on the frontlines of celebrating radical ideas through the fusion of immersive live art, cutting-edge technology, and exceptionally curated house and techno. That vision continues to hold the same ground, even as the brand has grown and extends beyond the Downtown Los Angeles warehouse district, where it was originally conceived. Whether it’s at an intimate warehouse space or on a festival dancefloor, Factory 93 manufactures moments that make this culture one we’re proud to call our own. Since launching its own dedicated label arm, the burgeoning imprint has opened its catalog to a head-turning list of established artists and rising talent, such as Carl Cox, Eli Brown, Nicole Moudaber, Space 92, Alan Fitzpatrick, Popof, Victor Ruiz, BEC, Avision, Luuk Van Dijk, Josh Butler, Township Rebellion, DJ Minx, Josh Butler, Airrica, RUZE, Enamour, and many more.
