Mau P has made an outsized impact on modern dance music with one of its smallest catalogs, making his latest single, “Just A Little Bit More,” more aptly titled than many might even realize. The Dutch producer’s 15th original production since his tech house project broke out with “Drugs From Amsterdam” in 2022, the track is just the Dutch producer’s second release of the year, following “neck” on Chris Lake’s Black Book Records in February.
Sonically, it hits every one of Mau P’s targets. Heat: check. Leave-it-all-on-the-dance-floor thrust: check. Dance music’s next big moment, tailor-made for the baddest behaviour – in the titular fashion of his open-to-close party series: check. Give just a little bit more? Easily.
