While Mene’s roots lie in groove-led House, his music effortlessly leans into darker, more hypnotic territory—a quality that’s seen him land releases on imprints like Repopulate Mars, Moan, and Hottrax. With performances lined up at Moxy Muzik’s OFF SONAR party and Joseph Capriati’s METAMORFOSI HÏ Ibiza residency, Mene’s ‘Upside Down’ drops right on cue for heavy rotation all summer long.

Staying true to Desolat’s trademark edge, Mene’s title track ‘Upside Down’ kicks off with a tightly wound blend of precise percussion, brooding bass, and relentless forward motion. On the flip, ‘Horn(Y)’ rides on growling low frequencies and grainy, restless layers that pulse with tension and attitude.
