Joseph Capriati’s Metamorfosi Records has rapidly asserted itself as one of 2025’s most compelling new imprints, unveiling a run of standout releases that reflect the label’s bold vision. From Capriati’s own long-awaited debut collaboration with Dennis Cruz on the widely supported ‘No Sleep’, to dynamic EPs from UK duo Murphy’s Law, rising Brazilian talent FLOWFAT, and seasoned hitmaker Volkoder, Metamorfosi’s early catalogue has showcased a forward-thinking blend of artists and sounds. Dropping on 19th December, the label rounds out 2025 with its first Various Artist project, highlighting Capriati’s deft A&R ability, and cementing the label as a fresh powerhouse in electronic music.
Leading the charge are electrifying cuts in Aitor Astiz & Joey London Style’s ‘Cupcake’ and Marco Tropeano’s ‘Goes Without Saying’, delivering high-voltage energy. On a deeper tip, Ammo Avenue’s ‘Rock It Down’ and Kidoo’s ‘Luuna’ supply growling low-end grooves with tripped-out, heads-down sonics built for the late hours, while Elbio & Denis ‘Power Bank’ and Horo (IT)’s ‘Paradise’ deliver club weapons, weaving pulsing basslines and cosmic textures. These are balanced by a quartet of percussive-driven highlights in Francesco Squillante’s ‘You Killed Us’, Harvy Valencia’s ‘CAPRII’, Joe Vanditti’s ‘Be Myself’, and Vanee feat. Teo Galindez’s ‘Dos Mujeres En Mi Vida’, each drawing on rolling, rhythmic drum-work to round out the release’s more organic identity.
Metamorfosi’s ‘ The Various – Volume 1’ VA drops via Metamorfosi Records on 19th December 2025.
