Portland-based composer and pianist Michael Allen Harrison brings a message of love, courage and connection to “Find The Snowman”, a heartwarming new children’s song out now. Blending expressive grand piano with cinematic orchestration, the track captures the tender bond between a single mother and her young daughter, with vocals by Molly Parker and 10-year-old Cayla Bleoaja.
Inspired by the emotional magic of classic Disney storytelling, the song offers families a gentle reminder that even in moments of uncertainty, love can help children find their courage. At its heart is a simple but powerful message:
“You have to be a friend to make a friend.”
A celebrated Portland artist with more than three decades in music, Harrison has released over 90 albums and built a legacy that bridges artistry, storytelling and community impact. He is the founder of the Snowman Foundation and Play It Forward, a nonprofit music education programme that delivered 12,600 low- or no-cost music lessons to Portland children in 2025.
Known for his evocative piano performances and genre-spanning compositions, Harrison brings that same warmth and emotional depth to “Find The Snowman”, creating a musical experience designed to resonate with children and parents alike.
