Management style or leadership styles demonstrate the behaviour of managers towards the employees of a particular company. It shows how they behave with their employees, and how they communicate.

In this, decisions are made quickly, and they work hard. In this way, the level of competence is high, and all the processes are being controlled. Employees keep performing their tasks with respect, and also due to fear of making mistakes.

Cooperative Leadership Style:

This style motivates the employees, and leaders take their feedback. They ensure the cooperation and motivation among the employees. This increases their productivity.

Laissez Faire Management Style:

In this, if there are no specific instructions, employees can do their work freely. Leaders often do not check or keep them in control. Employees are free to do in accordance with their mindset.

Bureaucratic Management Style:

Clear instructions are given from the organization, and managers or leaders do not interact with employees.

Charismatic Leadership Style:

Leaders are very attractive to the employees, and they have much sympathy for them. In this way, they can direct the employees to do a specific task.

Servant Leadership – Leadership Style:

This is something very important, and better. In this way, leaders share their powers with the teams, and teams work on the same level, regardless of difference of positions of employees.

Situational Leadership Style:

In accordance with the situation, attention is paid to the employees’ skills, and management can be more adopted through this way.

Stakeholder Analysis

Stakeholder Analysis plays an important role in knowing the basis of organizations and companies when it comes to development of their new projects. There are two indispensable components of stakeholder management, and these are:

  • Stakeholder Identification

These two components are very important for the success of project. There are three types of stakeholder strategies, and we will know about them:
