Multi-talented new artist Adam Rom releases debut single ‘Obvious’

Emerging talent draws inspiration from Justin Bieber and Mura Masa on maiden release

Exciting new artist Adam Rom showcases his wide-ranging musical talents on debut single ‘Obvious’.

Citing the likes of Justin Bieber, Flume and Diplo as inspiration, the 17-year-old’s first release blends organic and electronic elements, and comes draped in catchy pop sensibilities. Utilising keyboards and other instrumentation alongside digital production software, the South West London artist delivers a refreshingly contemporary sound on ‘Obvious’ – a track that the Brit school student co-wrote, produced and provided the vocals for.

With fruitful influences from his family throughout his youth, Adam’s musical journey began when he picked up a guitar aged 12, the drums and piano soon followed, and when he was then introduced to Logic Pro X production software, it felt like a natural progression. Armed with the skill-set needed to create his own music, he first began penning lyrics and recording tracks in the summer of 2017 and is yet to look back.

As a budding artist with a flair for creativity, outside of music Adam engages with his passion for art and fashion design. He employs a combination of his artistic elements as motivation to succeed, and seamlessly traverses between pop and electronic styles, creating a unique signature sound. As a multidisciplinary artist in the true sense of the term, Adam is a young talent in possession of all the attributes necessary to become a star.

With ‘Obvious’ set for release on Friday 17th May, the infectious pop track combines Adam Rom’s smooth vocals and knack for fresh electronic production, and sees the emerging artist successfully communicating this wide-ranging musical experience for the first time.
