British singer- songwriter Newton Faulkner exploded onto the music scene with his debut double-platinum album ‘Handbuilt By Robots’, over a decade ago. This meteoric rise spawned a further five albums selling over 1.5 million records with over 180M streams.

Now he’s back with his most compelling new material since 6th studio album ‘Hit The Ground Running’ via two strong tracks to kick off album 8 campaign in the Hozier-esque, upbeat all-out pop tune “Together”, which insiders are already saying is the much-awaited second coming of “Dream Catch Me”.

Newton says: “We’re going to do things a little differently this year. Ultimately it will mean more music. More music over a longer time scale, which means I will have more time to react to what you guys are into between releases. All I’m going to need from you is you letting me know what you think. We’ve been through a lot together, hearing how a song can help someone through a hard time is a heart-breaking, amazing and humbling thing, but this is not a one-way street. I’ve had a tough few years and you guys keep me going. I guess what I’m trying to say, in a ginger nut shell, is thank you and I look forward to working together to make something beautiful.”

The track is a solid representation of his new creative vibe having recently come into a state of new love, it is a sign of what’s to come with pounding percussive elements, his signature bouncy guitar rhythms, and overall happy pop sound which will translate amazingly live too.

Newton will introduce his new project with a band during a limited number of shows in May,  think rockier, bluesier, electric guitar driven.  He’ll then be on the road again in UK & EU tour playing his biggest venues in the last 5 years, having recently sold out London Palladium.
