Acclaim reminds us all that we are human writing about themes of love, loss, friendship, and change. Coming together with Myah Marie, who is the songwriter and background vocalist behind many top artists such as Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, and Selena Gomez – the collaboration is a perfect match. It features Myah’s silky vocals, a relatable storyline, and unique pop melodies that will be bouncing around your brain for hours.
“I wrote this song about my best friend of 10 years. We have come from grammar school to where we will be parting ways shortly to go off to college. This is the first time in our lives that we have been apart and I want him to know that nothing in our friendship will ever change. I will always be here for him even if it doesn’t mean seeing each other everyday” explains Night Acclaim.
The New Jersey-based artist grew up around seasoned musicians that helped him perfect his songwriting craft growing up. After drawing inspiration from artists such as Katy Perry and Betty who he decided to start his own project. His past singles “Beat of Our Hearts” and “Games” garnered him recognition from notable tastemakers and reached over 100k plays across all platforms. He will be releasing consistent singles throughout 2023. “I’m excited to continue on this journey to self discovery and working towards perfecting my craft” says Acclaim.
