LA- based artistic electropop project NVDES have shared a new video for their latest single “D.Y.T(Do Your Thing)”, which was recently featured in Apple’s iPhone X commercial worldwide. Directed by Jenna Joseph and Jacki Huntington ,the video highlights the electronic riff and technopunk beats of the track through showcasing visuals of bright artistic hand movements and infectious dance moves.
NVDES continues making waves in the music industry with over 12 million combined Spotify streams in addition to taking 9 spots in Spotify’s New Music Friday playlists for various singles, the free-flowing art project has received global acclaim from NVDES last EP, Life With Lobsters in 2016 further encapsulating infectious energy and continuing to produce delightfully fun music with the latest EP La Nvdité Vol.1 as well as Vol. 2 released back in December of 2017.
About NVDES:
Formed by musician and producer Josh Ocean, NVDES uniquely produces music generally through a laptop collaborating with different artists in finding different music styles to make music and experiment with production. With intentions of creating music in raw environments describing the experimental project as “laptop punk”, Ocean labels NVDES as less of a band and more of an ongoing art project that ignites controlled chaos by, “building songs around random moments,” and utilizing the thrill of uncertainty over perfectionism.
