Per Pleks is gearing up to grace the Basscon Records label with a high-caliber remix of Dutch powerhouse Tony Junior’s recent single, “909,” which will be released on November 1st.

Known for his uncompromising productions, Per Pleks takes on “909,” pushing the track further into the realm of hard techno territory. Built around the vocal hook of legendary UK MC, Hughie Babe, the track pairs the looped refrain with thunderous kicks, shrieking synth skids, piercing percussion, and foreboding side-chained pads, all of which screams peak-time via his special industrial treatment.
“The first time I heard the original track, I fell in love with Hughie’s work on the vocal,” says Per Pleks. And, the sound design Tony did makes it a really awesome song. It was a lot of fun to work on this!”
