Polish duo PLUS2 return to Repopulate Mars this Junealongside Brazil’s DOH! (BR) for the ‘Club Jump’ EP. The title cut pairs rugged basslines, warped synth work, and driving drums, while ‘Take It Higher’ leans into murkier territory with heavy low-end, zippy acid lines, and hazy spoken-word vocals.
“We’re stoked to be back on Repopulate Mars with ‘Club Jump’ EP – our Polish-Brazilian collaboration with DOH! (Br). Over a few months, we experimented with our sounds, finding a joint vision for the EP. We tweaked & tested multiple versions in our shows, having a lot of fun throughout the process. It felt really great to find a joint sound identity which bridges our visions across genres & continents.” — PLUS2

Together with PLUS2, we exchanged ideas around the vibe and energy we wanted the track to communicate, refining the direction until we arrived at a result that truly reflects that shared vision. On ‘Take It Higher’, the track was already in a strong place when the guys shared it with me – I added elements of my own sonic identity, and together we blended both approaches in a way that felt cohesive and natural.” — DOH!
