“Never Enough” is a hardcore single with euphoria bursting out from its seams. The anthemic track is built around RayRay’s distinctive silky vocal delivery and heartfelt lyrics, which wrestle with the struggle of setting personal boundaries. Its inner turmoil is amplified by pounding kick drums, iridescent synth leads, and floaty atmospherics, all of which strike a perfect balance between beauty and chaos.
Touching on the electrifying energy of the collab, RayRay says, “‘Never Enough’ is raw, emotional, and explosive. It’s the kind of track that hits you in the chest and on the dancefloor. Working with Gammer on this felt like lightning in a bottle. We both pushed each other to the edge creatively.”
Gammer shares his adoration and excitement around working with the rising talent: “RayRay is crushing on the main stage these days; it is so exciting to get to work with someone growing so fast and to try something new with them!”
On an astronomical rise from the Taipei electronic music scene, RayRay has carved out a global reputation as a fearless genre-blender. The Taiwanese producer, singer-songwriter, and rapper seamlessly shifts between hard dance, trap, hip-hop, tech house, drumstep, and any other sound she puts her mind to. After winning the Red Bull Thre3style competition, she gained attention from heavyweights like Skrillex, Yellow Claw, and Steve Aoki, eventually collaborating with artists such as CHYL, Softest Hard, Dyro, Laidback Luke, and Dirty Audio. RayRay is currently wrapping a global tour, including performances at EDC Las Vegas, EDC China, Woo Love Festival, Glamping Cocktail Festival, OMNI, and more.
Hailing from the UK, Gammer is a foundational figure in the hard dance scene, humming at the highest pedigree of happy hardcore, dubstep and beyond. Known for his genre-defying catalog that reaches back more than two decades, he’s earned accolades like ‘Song of the Year’ award at the Hardcore Heaven Awards. Additionally, he has released with top-tier names such as Darren Styles, Da Tweekaz, Yellow Claw, Dougal, and Riot Ten, as well as being commissioned for remixes by A-list names from the likes of A-Trak, David Guetta, and Steve Aoki.
Uniting two powerhouses from opposite sides of the globe, “Never Enough” is a testament to the emotional depth and unrelenting energy that defines modern hard dance.
RayRay & Gammer’s new single, “Never Enough,” is available on all platforms via Basscon Records.
