re:abel releases new EP ‘Flying Colours’ via Mammal Sounds Records

Rising Astralian artist re:abel has kicked off the year with the release of his highly anticipated “Flying Colours EP,” showcasing his unique sound through three distinct tracks, blending minimalism with atmospheric depth and nodding to the underground UK dance scene.

The “Flying Colours EP” features re:abel’s two recent singles, “Flying Colours” and “Leaves,” as well as a brand – new track titled “Redshift.

Describing “Redshift,” re:abel says, “I aimed for a minimal and atmospheric sound, creating an almost haunted vibe throughout the track. Built around ghostly vocals and a deep bassline, it’s the kind of track I imagined hearing in an abandoned nightclub, where only echoes of dancers remain.”

re:abel delves further into his creative vision for the EP: “With this EP, I set out to create three distinct tracks that pay homage to various influences within the electronic landscape, particularly the underground UK dance scene. From minimal to maximal, each song celebrates the diversity of sound that inspires me, while still staying rooted in an atmospheric, dark sound.”

The “Flying Colours EP” takes listeners on a sonic journey, with each track exploring different facets of electronic music while remaining cohesive in its dark, immersive style.

re:abel is an artist to watch in 2025 , as he continues to showcase his ability of craft compelling soundscapes that resonate with electronic and dance music lovers alike.
