Manchester-based producer Rohaan has been taking over the DnB scene with a constant stream of impressive releases. The new single follows up his previous outings with HARD Recs, “Something In The Green” and “Euphoric.” On the other hand, Flowdan is seeing his longtime career reaching new heights as his collaboration “Rumble” alongside Skrillex and Fred Again… has become a viral hit, raking in over 50 million streams on Spotify alone. “Musket” sees the iconic MC joining forces with one of England’s most promising young talents.
“Musket” embodies its name, acting as an absolute weapon. Rohaan crafts a masterful drum & bass backbone that’s perfectly fitted for Flowdan’s scene-stealing presence. On the new single, Rohaan shares how the track came into existence: “I started this track a year ago, and it was originally named ‘Daffodils.’ It’s taken many forms since then. I’ve played it in every set of mine in the UK, across Europe and America. I had no idea it would become what it is today. When I was first sent back the main verse, I lost my mind. That was it, track done! I can’t think of a better final version than this, with the man himself, Flowdan.”
