Manchester DJ and producer Sanchez (UK) has been doing this since 2010 and has a rich understanding of house from the 90s onwards. He has held several DJ residences across Ibiza and Dubai and now his label has become a key part of the scene thanks to its high class offerings.
Here he offers up the steamy ‘Drip Slurr’ with its moody male vocal and always bubbling beats and bass. It’s a track with real soulful intensity thanks to the female vocal that arrives next to the chunky drums. Through a series of peaks and troughs it really builds a sensuous vibe that will make an impact in a range of different settings. Julian Collazos is the remixer and is well known for heading up the Duff Music label and being a core part of the second wave of artists from Yumbo in Colombia. He brings Latin flair to his even more seductive remix, with its lush arps rising and falling, the female vocal given centre stage and the colourful chords all taking you on a trip.
