Californian tech house trailblazer SHADED returns to Patrick Topping’s Trick label this July with his two-track release, ‘No Brakes All Cake’.
‘No Brakes All Cake’ cracks the whip with snappy hits and oversized bass that swells and slides beneath the crisp drums. Chopped vocal fragments inject attitude throughout, while ascending synths and glitchy textures bring this future-facing tech cut to life with a sleazy edge. ‘Gold Digger’ rides another hefty bassline with angular, razor-sharp drums and hi-hats. A swaggering female vocal weaves through the groove as rumbling low-end energy makes for another potent, warehouse-ready workout.

I have been trying to revamp my entire live show with fresh music for the summer season, and these two tunes have been doing dancefloor work for me lately.
