On Friday, July 10th, Deep Root Tribe, the Afro House imprint of Deep Root Records, unveils ‘Brinca Bem‘, a new record by Sky White and Stil & Bense.
Created by Sky White during a spontaneous and playful studio session, ‘Brinca Bem’ quickly evolved from a simple idea into a fully realized track. The production was later refined with creative input from Stil & Bense, whose contribution added new layers and energy to the record. The result is a high-energy, dancefloor-driven Afro House/Afro Tech track that blends deep Afro-inspired percussion, a warm, pulsating bassline, immersive melodic textures, and unique rhythmic details, giving it a strong club and festival appeal.
Sky White is a Mozambican DJ, producer, and remixer known for his entrancing sound and immersive musical identity. Inspired by music from the age of 10, he began DJing at 16 and quickly developed a signature style that blends rhythm, melody, and atmosphere. His dedication to the craft has earned him recognition across clubs and festival stages, as well as successful releases on respected labels. He is best known for tracks including ‘Olha Você,’ ‘Vamos Lá’, ‘Louco Louco’, and ‘Bah Buh Lo’, which have helped establish his growing international presence.
Hailing from Germany, Stil & Bense are a DJ and production duo known for blending deep techno grooves with disco-infused house. Tom Stil, an experienced DJ celebrated for his melodic, high-energy sets, and Dr. Arne Bense, whose formal music studies bring a refined musical perspective. This pair has crafted a distinctive sound that stands out in the electronic music scene. Their versatility has led to collaborations with artists including Bakermat, Piemont, and Fritz Kalkbrenner, while their productions have earned support from influential DJs such as Pete Tong, Kölsch, Tocadisco, and Solomun.
