After falling in love with house music, Simpson has spent the last few years staking his claim through releases on labels like Hottrax and Cuttin’ Headz. This led to his tracks being championed by some of the genre’s biggest players, including JamieJones, TheMartinezBrothers, MarcoCarola and Foss himself. TobySimpson’s forthcoming single ‘Drummers Rules’ is sure to capture the same support.
TobySimpson’s infectious grooves are a signature of ‘Drummers Rules’, alongside its trippy vocal sample. On the flipside, ‘Hobbies & Interests’ merges a sultry spoken voiceover amongst rumbling bass stabs, providing a versatile package from the producer.
