He shows another side to his fresh sound here with a brilliant new edit on the newly launched Avenue X Records.
Ce Ce Peniston’s original came back in 2018 and gets a signature Demuir Playboi edit here that flips it into a contemporary jam. The vocals are soaring and full of heart-swelling soul, while the drums take on a US garage vibe. They’re warm and infectious, with soaring songs that add an elegant touch to what is sure to become a classic all over again.
