Trilogy Inc. return to legendary NYC label Nu Groove with fresh originals ‘Awakening’ and ‘Hi Cycle’. An anonymous project from one of the UK’s most esteemed house duos of the 80s onwards, Trilogy Inc. was conceived to explore their underground influences without pretence.
Their 2021 two-track release ‘Calling / 313’ helped establish the new era of Nu Groove, introducing fresh audiences to the cult label. Now the established duo reveal ‘Awakening’, a bouncy club track built from smooth chords and a dynamic beat decorated with vocal house snippets. ‘Hi Cycle’ continues the journey into the crowded club, with energetic percussion and syncopated synth patterns giving a classic feel.
