DJ, artist, producer, remixer & Area10 label chief MK (Marc Kinchen) is releasing the official video for his latest single “Body 2 Body” today (June 14). Directed by Tash Tung, who has previously worked with Meduza and Sega Bodega, the video shows exquisite dancer Shari Ashley deftly showing her ability to be powerful and sensual on her own and while in the arms of her dancing partner. The dance they perform seems like the perfect visual interpretation of the song’s sultry lyrics and irresistible rhythms.

Released last month on Area10/Ultra Music, “Body 2 Body” has already racked up more than 1.5 million Spotify streams and over half a million YouTube hits, as it looks set to become one of the songs of summer 2019. The track itself sees MK switching things up from his well-known warm piano house sound in favor of a more progressive flavor.
To further support the single, the label will release a “Body 2 Body” remix package with reworkings done by Chris Lake (individually available on June 28), KC Lights (June 21), Meduza (available today) and Leftwing : Kody (out now). There will also be a 6AM mix from KC Lights who also remixed MK’s global smash “17” to great acclaim and mixes from Treasure Fingers and Nightlapse.
“Body 2 Body” follows on from last year’s gold-selling single “Back & Forth”, which peaked at #12 in the Official UK Top 40 Singles Chart and remains a mainstay on streaming playlists everywhere with over 65 Million streams on Spotify. This was preceded by 2017’s “17”, yet another hugely successful MK track, which has amassed just under 123 million Spotify streams to date.
