The ‘Make It Count’ EP’s opener, ‘Enough’, fuses staccato melodies and a raw, breathy, soulful vocal to a thundering beat before ‘Make A Noise, Make it Loud’ dishes out a percussive pummelling. The fluttering, bell-ringing power of ‘A Little Something’ follows, before the darker title-track and closer ‘Escape’ finish the EP with a heads-down focus.
Yazmin is a techno DJ and producer from Malta, recognised for her melodic, dark sound rooted in raw and deep techno, driven by groove and evolving atmospheric energy. Her passion for electronic music developed at an early age, shaped by the energy of the underground scene around her. As a long-time resident DJ at Glitch Festival, Yazmin has performed at a range of renowned events both locally and internationally, including Boiler Room, Tillatec in Amsterdam, and Duel Club in Italy. Alongside her DJ career, she has released music on respected labels such as Soma, GRÜV, Skryptöm, and South Signatures Records, further establishing her presence within the techno scene. Driven by creativity and constant evolution, Yazmin continues to push her boundaries, showcasing versatility and artistry in every performance.
