The Kaifeng-born, London-based artist’s new track, whose title means “without any effort to achieve certain outcome”, falls in her signature sound, blending ambient, experimental and dub. It follows her 2023 EP, ‘I Want An Earth’ for Pinchy & Friends.

Next month, Yu Su will set out on her Ambientale North American live tour, with stops in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, New York and her previous home of Vancouver.

Yu Su’s debut album, ‘Yellow River Blue’ landed in 2021 via bié Records, with the Netherlands-based Music From Memory handling the European release. Her previous releases include the EPs ‘Roll With The Punches’ (2019) and ‘Preparations For Departure’ (2018), as well as the 2019 ‘Watermelon Woman’ single for Technicolour.
