Afrojack Plays the Hero for Hardwell After DJ Is Stranded in Greece

Being a DJ is hard. You’ve got private jets and fast cars, but those can break down and leave you stranded in the middle of a beautiful European paradise. Good thing famous DJs have each other to fall back on.

According to Dutch news network AD,Hardwell found himself in a bit of a pickle when his private jet broke down following his performance at the Ultra Music Festival in Europe. He’d actually taken off from Split, Croatia, and was on his way to his home in the Netherlands when he was forced to make an emergency landing.

Hardwell and co. landed in Crete, the largest of the Grecian islands, and wouldn’t you know it, good-guy Afrojack was available with a private jet of his own to swoop in and save the day.

Not all superheroes wear capes, but Afrojack sure can fly. He tweeted a pic of himself and Hardwell together, then he promised new music coming soon. Did a collab come out of this tragedy-turned-triumph? Only time will tell.
