Alex Wann continues a standout 2026 with new single ‘Lost Keys‘, landing on tszr and earning the coveted Essential New Tune title from Pete Tong.

The release adds to a fast-moving year for the Paris-based DJ and producer, who recently made his Crosstown Rebels debut with ‘Allo’, another Pete Tong Essential New Tune. Earlier this year, Wann also delivered his BBC Essential Mix, with around 60% of the mix made up of his own productions, including unreleased credits with ZHU, Bipolar Sunshine, David Mackay and GUDFELLA.

Alex Wann first broke through globally in 2023 with ‘Milkshake’, his Afro-house rework of the Kelis classic, which picked up support from Keinemusik, Diplo, Pete Tong, John Summit, Carlita and BLOND. Since then, releases and remixes across Cercle Records, EMI, Astralwerks and Black Book Records have helped establish him well beyond that initial breakout.

With ‘Lost Keys’ becoming his latest Pete Tong Essential New Tune, Alex Wann continues to build on the momentum that has defined his rise over the past three years. Following his BBC Essential Mix and a growing run of releases across leading labels, the new single adds another milestone to what is shaping up to be a defining chapter for the Paris-based artist.
