Dance music trio Galena Crew is stepping into the spotlight with their debut on Insomniac’s Discovery Project imprint, arriving in the shape of their new single, “WHERE did you go,” releasing August 23rd.

A forward-thinking trap banger, “WHERE did you go” is packed with raw emotion. This wave-fueled bass anthem pairs a captivating female vocal with futuristic trap progressions, punchy drums, and gritty, tone-shifting synths. Their innovative sound earned them the winning spot at Beyond Wonderland Chicago’s Discovery Project DJ/producer competition, in which they were handpicked by guest judge and bass music behemoth, NGHTMRE. Their standout submission not only secured them a coveted slot on the festival’s lineup, but also paved the way for this highly anticipated release.

Hailing from Chicago, Galena Crew is an emerging trio of childhood friends who have been pumping out emotionally-drenched dance music that crosses over genres including house and bass, with a through thread tied to emotive sounds.
