BVRLY drop garage-tinged remix for Lil Seyi’s ‘Tambourine’

Taken for new ‘Remixes EP’ out 25th February via Kitsuné Musique

Featuring Life On Planets, La Felix and Pastel

US DJ / live music and production duo BVRLY are pleased to announce a brand new remix for Lil Seyi’s ‘Tambourine’, out this February through Kitsuné Musique.

Drawing on a myriad of influences from UK garage, funk and disco; peppered with atmospheric electronic and deep-house grooves, BVRLY injects new life into the original production.

They say: “Thanks to Lil Seyi, his team and Kitsune for the opportunity to take an acapella and be given complete freedom to express our creative abilities is unlike anything else, from this we are then able to let the world hear how we interpret music, we want to make people move and feel amazing!”

Bio:

The BVRLY project is built by Jeff Hoblick (Hobson) and Matty Chirichillo (CHIRCH). They are dedicated to crafting cuts fit for dance floors from any decade. With rather diverse musical backgrounds they connected over their mutual love of classic sounds and extremely funky grooves. The passion of BVRLY is encapsulated in a diverse collection of worldly sounds and a unique approach to live improv production through the use of traditional CDJ’s, Ableton, electronic drums, percussion, electric guitar, and other live instrumentation during their performances.
