CALVIN HARRIS TOPS THE ITUNES CHARTS WITH NEW RIHANNA COLLABORATION
One week after Calvin Harris finished his two-weekend run of being Coachella‘s first EDM headliner, he unveiled a brand-new collaboration with Rihanna. “This Is What You Came For” marks the third collaboration for the two artists after “We Found Love” and “Where Have You Been,” and its release has already ignited chart success.
Harris posted a screenshot of iTunes charts today showing that he is currently the #1 artist in numerous countries due to “This Is What You Came For.” Beyond his home country of the UK, Harris is currently the number one artist on iTunes in Belgium, Canada, France, Mexico, Ireland, Hungary, and others with a total of 15 countries (so far).
Even though Harris pursued a slightly tropical house direction with this new collaboration, which we weren’t impressed by, it seems as if many loyal fans are still flooding the iTunes store to purchase his new single.
