Dance Duo GTA Releases ‘JWLS Is Bored’
In anticipation of their debut full-length studio album, Miami-based dance duoGTA released a 27-minute-long mixtape for fans called JWLS Is Bored (JIB).
The mixtape, which was originally launched with a fan-only event at Adults Only in Los Angeles, is a previously undeveloped concept that fans of the band have come to know and love
JIB first started in 2012 when Julio Mejia, or JWLS, began experimenting with track ideas he would never fully develop, but post to his SoundCloud page anyway. Although they never intended to officially release the tracks, the duo decided to “do something special for their diehard, longtime fans,” and have completed the JIB concept.
