Premiere

Hamburg duo GOME debuts on Dam Swindle’s Heist Recordings.

GOME brings club sweat and authentic house heat to Dam Swindle’s inimitable Heist Recordings with their debut EP for the label, ‘Chop Shop’, landing November 28. Opener ‘House Music’ kicks off with dusty, dubby low end that swirls beneath a classic monologue about the power of house. The grooves rise up through lush chords and beefy drums to stir the soul and get the floor vibing. ‘Cut The Midrange’ follows with a fresh take on true-school house, pairing bouncy drums with wispy cosmic synths and a future-facing emotional depth.

On ‘You’re My Baby’, GOME team up with fast-rising Brooklyn-based artist Michael Cignarale, known for blending 80s and 90s house into decadent big-room sounds inspired by his own LGBTQIA+ community. The track brims with energy from the off, driven by rapturous vocal cries and tight piano loops designed to raise the roof. Closing cut, ‘Keep Funkin’ fuses old-school chops, spinbacks, sirens, and stabs that are full of irresistible flavour and a hint of hip-house realness.

Multi-talented German duo GOME are DJs, live performers, and Snackwax label heads whose raw, groove-heavy sound draws on funk, soul, disco, and a lifelong love of vinyl digging. Since debuting on Toy Tonics just two years ago, they’ve topped Beatport charts with club hits like ‘Tell Me’ and ‘Get My Love’, taken their all-hardware live show across Europe, and established their “GOME + The Gang” nights as authentic dancefloor celebrations, always with a DIY ethos.

GOME’s ‘Chop Shop’ EP arrives via Heist Recordings on 28th November 2025, with ‘You’re My Baby’ dropping on November 7th.
