The rising Dutch producer explores a more melodic side of his sound with a hypnotic, groove-driven new release.
Amsterdam’s thriving house scene continues to deliver exciting new talent, and Hidde van Wee is quickly becoming a name to know. Making his debut on TSZR, the Dutch DJ and producer presents “Infinity,” a captivating new cut that brings a fresh dimension to his signature sound.
Blending rolling grooves, warm chord stabs and evolving melodies, “Infinity” leans into a more atmospheric side of Hidde’s production, allowing the track to unfold naturally while maintaining the infectious energy that has become central to his sound.
Having already made his mark with releases on respected imprints including Chris Stussy’s Up The Stuss, Enzo Siragusa’s LOCUS and Rossi’s HOME//GRXWN, Hidde has been steadily building momentum both in the studio and behind the decks. Recent highlights include sold-out all-night-long sets at Shelter Amsterdam and The Loft, an appearance at Josh Baker’s You&Me at The Warehouse Project, and a performance at TSZR’s ADE showcase alongside Mat Eclair for their first-ever B2B.
Speaking on the release, Hidde explains: “This track represents a slightly different side of my sound. More focused on the journey than a big payoff, with a rolling groove and melodic synths that slowly unfold throughout the track. Sometimes it’s the tracks that don’t ask for too much attention that stay with you the longest.”
With “Infinity,” Hidde offers another glimpse into his evolving musical identity, balancing his club-ready foundations with a more melodic, considered approach.
